So, what music do you think is nifty that you would suggest that I listen to?
Band names, song names, genres? Poke, prod, and comment please!

Now playing in my immediate realm are the Saafi Brothers "Liquid Beach" and the Digital Structure's compilation "Chillosophy 3" (both groovy chill-out spacey sometimes dubby beats).

Seeing that I don't know you personally (I came across your entry through a friend's journal), my suggestions may be diametric or, if the world truly is a small place, completely in line with what already aurally stimulates you. :)

Antiloop and BT are good tecno bands. We used to play antiloop all the time at the Chéz Farragut parties. BT does a few good remixes, particularly one of Tori Amos' Blue Sky.

Ooh!

I know, its cliche, but I'm going to use this opportunity to self-plug.

Recent acquisitions that I can't stop listening to: Maniac by Don Lennon; Cooking with Lasers by the Baldwin Brothers. 2 very different sounds.

My newest aquisition is a couple of Molly Zenobia CDs. I'm listening to them *much* too frequently, but...

she has a *lovely* voice, and I've got a thing for piano music. Pretty music...
